WHAT DO YOU GET?
An overview in Word or Excel. See which evidence supports your answer, what information is missing and which documents say different things. Your team decides what to change.

EXAMPLE
In your RFP answer, your SLA promises recovery within 4 hours of an outage. The internal recovery plan states 8 hours for the same service. Bronbod puts both side by side. Your team checks the promise.

THE PACKAGE
Provisional price: €1,250 as a one-off fee, excluding VAT.
One completed RFP, up to 200 requirements, up to 20 documents, one language and one discussion with your team. No subscription.

HOW DO YOU START?
1. Discuss with Alex which RFP you would like to review.
2. We agree on the files, price and approach before starting.
3. After that agreement, you provide files your organisation is allowed to share.
4. Bronbod compares the answers and delivers the overview. We discuss the findings together.

You do not give us access to your systems. Use Word, Excel and PDFs with selectable text. If you cannot share the files or we cannot use them, we do not start and you receive no invoice. Bronbod does not provide a legal opinion or send anything to your client.
